iRobot Roomba i7+

iRobot announces the arrival in Italy of its Roomba i7+ vacuum cleaner robot, which is able to do everything on its own, even cleaning itself.

The vacuum cleaner robots are a growing market and the American company iRobot is among the absolute protagonists of this sector. iRobot has announced the Italian debut of the new Roomba i7+ which, compared to the other vacuum cleaners of the brand, does something really unique: cleaning itself. After completing each cleaning session, Roomba i7+ reaches its starting point where there is a sort of container (Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal) inside which will be collected the dirt sucked into a comfortable bag that can then be removed by people to be thrown away.

The bags should only be replaced when they are full, an operation that is very rarely carried out. For the rest, the new iRobot Roomba i7+ is a premium product of the American brand and therefore has all the technologies that can be found in other iRobot products.

This vacuum cleaner robot offers the well-known technology that allows you to memorize the floor plans of the house to optimize the cleanliness of the rooms. In addition, using the dedicated iRobot Home application, people can program room cleaning as well as remotely manage the vacuum cleaner robot.

There are also convenient supports for Alexa and the Google Assistant. People can manage some of the robot’s functions directly with the help of convenient voice commands. The new iRobot Roomba i7+ will be available in stores by the end of February at a price of 1,199 euros. Alternatively, a version without Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal is also available for 899 euros.
